  • Yellow baboon (Papio cynocephalus) assembled genome Pcyn1.0 data
  • Snyder-Mackler et al 2016, Efficient Genome-Wide Sequencing and Low Coverage Pedigree Analysis from Non-invasively Collected Samples, Genetics
    • Two different VCF files are available for this study
      • Genotype calls for 54 baboons using capture-based enrichment from fecal-derived DNA. This file also includes genotypes called from high-coverage sequencing of blood-derived DNA from two of these baboons, HAP and LIT VCF file here
      • Low-coverage genotype calls for 52 baboons using capture-based enrichment from fecal-derived DNA. This file includes only sites that are ≥ 10 Kb apart and have minor allele frequency > 5% VCF file here
  • Wall et al 2016, Genome-wide ancestry and divergence patterns from low-coverage sequencing data reveal a complex history of admixture in wild baboons
    • Genotype calls for 14M SNPs called for 47 baboons from DNA-sequencing. This file only includes variants that were called with a GQ ≥ 30 in the three highest coverage samples, HAP, SWY, and SWA VCF file here
